Saturday, August 31, 2013 at 5:46PM This short video from VSA outlines the role of a contact centre, and stresses the need for funding for this volunteer run service.
FNF Scotland is working on a user's guide to contact centres, and would welcome comments and suggestions from people who have experience of using them. Contact John Forsyth on 0131 557 2440 or by email.

Well done for this video. It shows the important constructive role of contact centres.
This video shows a simple way of preventing tragic alienation in separated families using services that are already there (given the funding!). Other publicity can build up the assumption that fathers are all unpredictable dangerous baddies, failing to note the established field of thinking and research about parental alienation.
And failing to note that alienation can happen with parents of any gender.
If Scotland could raise more awareness of alienation patterns, then everyone would know how to spot it and work to prevent expensive fights and life-long tragedy for all the family.
