Online web chat helpline for relationship support

Scottish Marriage Care has launched The Helpline Online - Scotland’s first free national relationship web chat service is now live.

This is a new way to get immediate support for relationship problems either online through the new service or by freephone from landlines and mobiles on 0808 802 2088.

Their team help callers to talk confidentially about concerns and difficulties they are experiencing in relationships at home within the family, socially with friends, in communities with neighbours or at work with colleagues. This can include issues such as communication, infidelity, parenting, stress, sex or separation.

Opening hours for the service are Monday to Thursday from 9am to 8pm and Friday from 9am to 5pm.
