Running and cycling to support FNF Scotland

Martin Johnstone and his daughterMartin Johnstone is going to be running for FNF Scotland again on September 2nd - his target is to raise £1,000 in the Glasgow 10k.  Help Martin reach his target by donating at his Justgiving page or why not try a sponsored event yourself this summer?

FNF Scotland has been a registered Scottish charity since the start of this year (no SC 042817), and we are very grateful to all the people who support us in this way.  The money helps us answer more calls and provide more information.

We will pay entry fees, provide you with t shirts and other promotional material and help with local paper publicity and anything else you need, as well as publicising your donations page to other FNF Scotland supporters.

Why not try taking part in Pedal for Scotland on 9th September, the mass cycle ride between Glasgow and Edinburgh.  As well as the normal 47-mile route and the 100 mile "sportive" (the hilly route) there will be a traffic free Sky Ride the day before in Edinburgh for those whose optimum cycling distance is in single figures.

As well as raising money, taking part in these events publicises the work of Families Need Fathers Scotland to thousands of other people.  You don't just need to run or cycle - last year Simon Shaw kayaked 60 miles along the Caledonian Canal.

And if you just want to make a donation without all that sweat and effort - use the new donation button at the top left hand side of the web page.

Contact Ian or John in the Edinburgh office on 0131 557 2440 or email [email protected] for further detals.
